Installation Method of Dry Ball Mill
The ball mill shall be installed on a firm concrete foundation. In order to ensure that the position accuracy of the various parts of the dry ball mill does not change greatly during use, the foundation of the equipment should adopt a monolithic structure.And dry ball mill can be installed on the concrete foundation after the compressive strength reaches 75%. The quality of the foundation should be inspected before installation. It is required that the concrete has no defects that affect the strength, the number and location of the reserved holes meet the requirements, and there are no sundries, water and oil stains in the reserved holes. When the "ground wire method" is used for installation, the "center plate" shall be embedded on the surface of the foundation. Before installation, all center lines shall be drawn on the basis and striking punch marks shall be made on the "center plate" as the center line datum during installation.
Use and Maintenance for Dry Ball Mill
1.Check whether the safety facilities are complete before starting.
2.Clean up the debris around the dry ball mill to ensure production safety.
3.Check whether the bolts of each assembly are tight and reliable.
4. Fix the entrance cover firmly.
5. Add enough lubricating oil to all lubricating parts.
6. It must be checked regularly during use.
Features of Dry Ball Mill
1.Speed optimization design. It can make the medium balls in the dry ball mill form the inclined flow movement to disperse the material, obtain the best grinding effect, and can grind the material fine quickly.
2.The dry ball mill has a directly connected transmission structure, which is driven by the motor and the helical gear reducer. The output hollow shaft of the reducer is directly set on the transmission shaft of the ball mill and equipped with the shock reduction pad for the start-up of the reducer. It has the characteristics of large transmission torque, high mechanical efficiency, and stable start-up, which can avoid the trouble caused by the frequent adjustment of the drive belt.
3.Dry ball mill is controlled by a digital display time controller and the working time can be set at any time according to the needs. It has the function of pause and accumulates timing control, which saves time and effort.
4.The recovery cover is tightly sealed and will not pollute the surrounding environment. The discharge port adopts a large diameter discharge valve, which is especially convenient to use.
