Working Principle of Industrial Sieves
Industrial sieves are also known as single shaft vibrating screen. Its supporting methods include suspension support and seat support. The screen surface is fixed on the screen box which is suspended or supported by spring. The bearing of the main shaft is installed on the screen box. The main shaft is driven by the pulley and rotates at high speed. The disk with eccentric weight is installed on the main shaft, which produces centrifugal inertia force with the rotation of the main shaft so that the screen box which can vibrate freely produces the vibration of the approximate circular track. The distance between eccentric weight and bearing center line is excitation eccentricity.
Characteristics and Advantages of Industrial Sieves
1.Industrial sieves have high processing capacity and high screening efficiency.
2.The vibrator of industrial sieves adopts bearing thin oil lubrication and external block eccentric structure. It has the characteristics of large exciting force, small bearing load, low temperature, and low noise. (the temperature rise of bearing is less than 35 °).
3.The overall disassembly and assembly of the vibrator are convenient for maintenance and replacement, which greatly shortens the maintenance period. (It only takes 1 to 2 hours to replace the vibrator).
4.The side plate of the industrial sieves screen machine is made by whole plate cold working with no welding, high strength, and long service life. The connection between the beam and the side plate adopts the high-strength bolt connection of torsion shear, no welding, and the cross beam is easy to replace.
5.The sieve machine adopts a rubber spring to reduce vibration. Compared with metal spring, it has the advantages of low noise, long service life, smooth cross-vibration zone, and small dynamic load on each fulcrum of the sieve machine.
6. Flexible coupling is used to connect the motor and vibration exciter, which has the advantages of long service life and small impact on the motor.
