Working Principle of Coal Ball Mill
The raw coal enters into the feeding device of the coal ball mill by the feeder, and the hot air with a temperature of about 300 ℃ enters the feeding device through the air inlet pipe. A special lifting plate is set in the drying bin to lift up the raw coal materials so that the raw coal can be dried through strong heat exchange here. The dried coal enters the grinding bin through the double-layer partition board with the lifting plate. The grinding body (steel ball) is installed in the grinding bin, and the coal block is crushed and ground into pulverized coal in this bin. When the coal block is crushed, the pulverized coal and gas will be taken out of the mill by the special induced draft fan through the discharge device of the coal mill and the coarse particles will be returned to the grinding bin through the return screw of the discharge device for regrinding.
