Technical Processof Small Ball Mill
The crushed ore and steel balls in the cylinder is carried to a certain height by the liner plate under the action of friction and centrifugal force when the cylinder rotates. Due to gravity, the ore is gradually ground under the impact and grinding. The ground ore is discharged out of the cylinder through the discharging part. After the discharged minerals are graded into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill machine through the combined feeder to continue grinding. The feeding machine continuously and evenly feeds the ore into the small ball mill continuously and evenly through the combined feeder, and the ground materials are continuously discharged from the small ball mill.
Performance Advantagesof Small Ball Mill
1.The grinding fineness and output are effectively improved with a large grinding ratio and strong production capacity. Small ball mill adopts thin oil lubrication instead of grease lubrication, which can poor lubrication due to lack of oil, reduce the friction coefficient of bearings and other components, greatly reduce the loss rate of parts, and achieve the good energy-saving effect.
2.The traditional device of small ball mill has been optimized, so the maintenance of reducer and gear in later production is more convenient, firm, and wear-resistant. It also reduces the maintenance time and labor intensity of operators, and the operation is more safe and reliable.
3.The small ball mill adopts high-quality wear-resistant material, the hollow shaft is made of steel casting, and the inner lining is removable. The large rotary gear is processed by casting gear hobbing, and the cylinder body is inlaid with a wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance, so the service life of the small ball mill equipment is longer.
4.The equipment is equipped with dust removal, noise reduction equipment, and a filtering system, which can control any pollution such as dust and noise within the standard range, and has a good environmental protection effect.
