Working Proces of Ball Mill Equipment
When the ball mill is in operation, the materials enter the first bin of the ball mill evenly from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft screw.There are stepped lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the bin, which are filled with various specifications of steel balls. The rotation of the cylinder produces centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height and then fall, which will cause heavy impact and grinding effect on the materials. After the raw material reaches the rough grinding in the first bin, the material enters the second bin through the single-layer partition board. The bin is inlaid with a flat lining board and steel balls inside to further grind the materials. The powder is discharged through the discharging grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
Wearing Parts of Ball Mill Equipment
The wearing parts of ball mill machine mainly refer to the lining plate. The wear and service life of lining plate are related to the use cost and production effect of ball mill. So distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of the lining board, mainly from three aspects, firstly look at the casting and smelting process of the liner, the second is whether the quenching and tempering treatment of the lining board is qualified, and finally look at the material of the liner. At present, the common lining board materials on the market are high chromium cast iron, low alloy wear-resistant cast steel, high manganese steel and so on. These lining boards of the three materials have good wear resistance.
