Working Principle of Sand Washing Plant
Driven by electric motor and reducer, the impeller of sand washing plant in the water tank rotates circumferentially, so that the sand or slag particles in the water tank are stirred, turned, and washed and the water-receiving material is discharged after dehydration in the impeller.
Precautions for the Use of Sand Washing Machine
1.Before starting the sand washing plant, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether there is any abnormalities in all parts of the sand washer.
2.Only after installing protective equipment on the V-belt, sand washing plant can run.
3.It is forbidden to repair and clean the sand washing plant when it is running, and it is strictly forbidden to start the machine for maintenance.
4.It is not allowed to add stone materials exceeding the specified size.
5.The sand washing plant should rotate in the fixed direction, not in the reverse direction.
6.Stop the motor first in case of a tight situation and clear the material in the cavity of sand washing plant before starting and ensure start without load.
7.The working place of the sand washing plant should not be piled up with debris, and there must be sufficient lighting equipment.
