Introduction of Cultivator

Working Principle of Cultivator
The rotary tiller is the most commonly used component for micro cultivator machines. The engine power drives the rotary blade shaft to rotate through the transmission device. The rotary tiller shaft is arranged horizontally, and there are several rotary tiller blades arranged on the circumference of the rotary blade. The rotary blade shaft has two forms of intermediate transmission and side transmission.The rotary blade driven by the power cuts the soil continuously and throws the cut soil block backward to collide with the mudguard and the flat soil support plate so that the soil is further broken and then falls to the ground, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting, throwing, crushing and leveling, and the micro tiller is pushed forward by the soil reaction force in the cutting process. In the process of cultivation, according to the cultivation condition, the operator can timely change the pressure on the armrest, adjust the tillage depth through the resistance bar, keep the micro cultivator moving forward in balance, and also adjust the forward speed of the micro tiller. The steering clutch is set separately on the left and right, and the forward direction of the micro cultivator is adjusted manually.

Precautions for Use
1.Field transfer. When the rotary cultivator is working in the field to transfer the plot, the tractor should drive in a low gear. When crossing the ridge and ditches, the rotary cultivator power should be placed in the separated position and the tail wheel should be raised to avoid collision with the tail wheel and bending the inner pipe.
2.Start work. When the rotary cultivator starts to work, it should first connect the power to make the plow shaft rotate, and slowly enter the colter into the soil to avoid impact and damage the colter.
3.Operation. The tractor speed should be selected according to the plot size, soil properties, operation requirements, and the operation proficiency of the driver during operation. It is necessary to make full use of the power of the tractor without being overloaded for a long time. It is strictly forbidden to operate in high gear and reverse gear. When removing tangled grass on the colter, stop and cut off the power. When turning the field, lower the throttle and raise the rotary tiller so that the tractor turns again after the colter is unearthed.
4.Regular maintenance. Pay attention to the working conditions of each part of the rotary cultivator, check whether the colter and other parts are loose or deformed, and strengthen or correct it in time if necessary. In addition, it is not suitable to use a cultivator to operate on land with lots of stones, roots, and weeds.
