Working Principle of Sand Maker

The stone material falls vertically from the upper part of the sand maker into the high-speed rotating impeller. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the materials split with another part of the material around the impeller in an umbrella form to produce high-speed collision and crushing. The material layer between the casings forms a vortex that hits and rubs repeatedly and is crushed, and is discharged from the lower discharge hopper. A closed-loop is formed for multiple cycles, and the particle size of the finished product is controlled by the screening equipment.
