Discharge Size of VSI Series Sand Maker
The discharge particle size of VSI series sand maker is related to the physical properties of ore and the feeding particle size. The more fragile and smaller the feed size of ore, the higher the qualified rate of product particle size. The particle size of the product can also be adjusted by changing the impeller speed. When the discharge particle size of VSI series sand maker less than 10 mm, the qualified rate is 60-90%. In order to ensure that the qualified rate of sand maker product particle size reaches 100%, it is necessary to use grading equipment for closed-circuit crushing.
Daily Maintenance of VSI Series Sand Maker
1.Rust removal with dilute hydrochloric acid. Pay attention not to soak the rusty things in it for too long, otherwise, the substances inside of VSI series sand maker will react also after removing the rust on the surface.
2.Small scale pneumatic or electric rust removal. It is mainly powered by electricity or compressed air and equipped with an appropriate rust removal device to carry out a reciprocating or rotary movement to meet the requirements of rust removal in various occasions.
3.Derusting by sandblasting. It is mainly composed of particle jet erosion to achieve surface cleaning and appropriate roughness. The equipment includes open shot sand derusting machine, closed shot blasting sand chamber and vacuum shot blasting sand machine.
4.High pressure water abrasive derusting. The impact of the high-pressure water jet, grinding effect of abrasive and water prying action are used to destroy the adhesion of rust and coating to the steel plate.
5.Shot blasting for rust removal. Shot blasting is the use of a high-speed rotating impeller to cast abrasive to the surface of the steel to achieve the purpose of rust removal. It is a relatively advanced mechanical treatment method for rust removal. It not only has high production efficiency but also has low cost and high degree of automation, which can realize assembly line operation with less environmental pollution.
