Working Principle of Dual Roll Crusher

The dual roll crusher has two high strength wear-resistant alloy rollers. The high extrusion force produced by relative rotation is used to crush the stone material. After the stone material enters the gap between the two rollers or V-shaped crushing cavity, it is squeezed and sheared under the action of the relative rotary squeeze force and sheer force of the two rollers. Then the stone material is crushed into the required particle size and sent out from the conveying equipment.
