Working Principle of Hydraulic Cone Crusher
When working, the belt wheel or coupling, the transmission shaft, and the conical part are driven by the rotation of the motor to make the eccentric shaft swing periodically under the axis line. After the material enters the crushing cavity from the feeding port, it is crushed due to the mutual impact, extrusion, grinding, and rubbing between the eccentric shaft and the rolling mortar wall. The hydraulic safety system can hydraulically eliminate the faulty parts of the support sleeve and the fixed cone part when the cone crusher machine has an iron failure or a stuffy car phenomenon, which plays a good insurance role and greatly reduces the maintenance rate and improves the production efficiency.
